Bespoke assessment design & delivery
We provide expertise in bespoke assessment design and delivery. We partner with our clients to recruit the right people to meet current and future organisational challenges by designing the most appropriate assessment processes including work simulations, interviews, interactive exercises, assessment centres and psychometric tests.

Psychometric test provision
We are test publisher independent and are therefore able to recommend and offer the most appropriate psychometric tests from a comprehensive suite to gauge candidates’ personal characteristics, abilities and motivations to build a complete picture of their skillsets and suitability for hire.

Assessor provision
Our large team of highly skilled, experienced and professional assessors are available to carry out assessment of candidates at every level and can be deployed at short notice. They are regularly assessed against exacting quality standards to ensure they provide the highest levels of objective and robust assessment.

Development

Bespoke development centre design & delivery
We provide expertise in bespoke development centre design and delivery. These centres can focus either on the skills required to be effective in a current role or determine a candidate's performance against skills needed for promotion. Our development centres incorporate relevant work simulations, psychometric tests, interviews and interactive exercises, including 360° feedback revealing employees' strengths, weaknesses, perceived reputations, self awareness and fit for different roles and environments. From the analysis of these findings, we create meaningful development plans that build on insightful feedback.

Development planning & coaching
We provide highly skilled professional coaches who carry out in-depth individual profiling, development planning and coaching (short or long term) either on a one-to-one basis or aligned to development centre outcomes.

We use our business experience and psychological insight to assist individuals to enhance their skillsets and add value to their organisations. We are both rigorous and flexible, employing a thorough process which not only responds to the needs of the individual but also ensures that coaching results in an increase in business performance.

Assessor coach provision
Our professional assessor coaches can be assigned to manage development centres at short notice and have significant experience of conducting assessment and development activities at development centres with employees of all levels. Our assessor coaches ensure an individual will come away from a development centre with a clear understanding of how they can develop and enhance their capability and meet the organisation's needs.

Talent

We help organisations understand the capability of their talent at all organisational levels, to optimise individual and organisational performance and potential and to facilitate succession planning. Our approach evaluates an individual's talent and leadership potential by looking at their strengths, weaknesses, knowledge, experience, motivation and aspirations to establish the roles, organisational level and environments in which they will excel.

We help clients to achieve this in two ways, through:

  • Bespoke talent centre design & delivery where we assist organisations to assess groups of talented individuals or talent pools.
  • Talent/ senior executive profiling where one-to-one assessment of talent is employed.

Both approaches generate detailed reports that identify the individual's current skillsets, their potential and the transition challenges each may face as they progress, as well as the support needed to overcome those challenges.

Talent management systems
We advise on developing and implementing talent management systems to identify and map talent across the organisation and aid decision-making on development and succession planning, to ensure that organisations make the most of their people.
