Reed Malta is supporting a leading FMCG on the Maltese Islands who are looking for a HR & Operations Manager to join their team!

In this role you will be overseeing the HR department and operations of the company, managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and carrying out performance evaluations. You will also be preparing and managing HR budgets and assisting with operational tasks.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within Human Resources or Business Administration and have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within HR.
