Job Description

Working  on a two shift pattern mainly morning and afternoon.  The morning shift is from 6.30 until 14.30 and afternoon shift 14.30 until 22.30 from monday to friday.  The initial salary will be reviewed and will increase  after successfully completing a probation period.  Overtime hours, and shift allowances are over and above the initial salary.  The role will be supervising , mentoring and  leading a team of 25 warehouse employees per shift (most of whom have been working for the company for more than 20 years). Stock Control, Goods in and Out, Experience is essential. Good IT skills required. Order control and prioitisation is a fundamental part of the duty.



Person Specification

The ideal candidate needs to have at least five years experience in a Supervisory role within similar environment.  It is important that the candidate is a mature individual, who is able to lead and mentor a team of 25 employees in one shift (most of whom have been working for the company for more than 20 years). Goods in and Out, Experience is essential. Good IT skills required.
Outgoing,confident and a man manager is the candidate our client is seeking. 
Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English both written and spoken are a must.
A forklift licence and experience is a must for the post.
