Admin and Accounts Assistant (2 Months)

Job description

Our Temporary division is currently supporting an international pharmaceutical company who are on the hunt for an experienced Admin and Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis on a 2-month contract.

In this role you will be processing payments and invoices on a daily basis, performing bank reconciliations and inputting data within internal systems. You will also be carrying out administrative duties such as filing and scanning, ensuring that all documents are up to date.

Ideally you have an O Level standard of education and have proven experience within a similar position
