Do you have experience within Administration? 

Our Temporary Division is currently supporting a leading Financial Services Provider with their search for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on the basis of a 6 month contract. 

In this role you will be maintaining the filing system ensuring both physical and electronic files are up to date and accurate, assisting the team on a daily basis with tasks relating to AML, attend and plan meetings while acting as the minute taker. You will also be compiling statistics and data for management and maintaining the departments database. 

Ideally you have an A Level Standard of Education, experience within an administrative position and are fluent in both Maltese and English.
