Are you an experienced Human Resources Professional?

We are supporting a leading company who are looking for a Chief Officer People and Culture to join their team!

As the Chief Officer People and Culture you will be managing the recruitment process for the company and advising on people and culture issues, providing training and development to staff and implementing performance bases systems as well as ensuring that all policies and procedures are in place and communicated to employees.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within Human Resources and possess 5 years’ experience in HR/People and Culture.
