Looking for an opportunity within Human Resources?

Reed Malta are currently supporting a well-established company who are looking for a HR Executive to join their team!

As the HR Executive you will be supporting management with the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, onboarding employees and maintaining employee records, monitoring employee performances and assist with the performance management process. You will also be ensuring that all relevant labour laws and practices are being followed.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of education within HR or a relevant field and have proven experience within HR.
