We are currently supporting a leading company in Malta who are on the hunt for their next addition to the team as an HR Officer! In this role, you will be handling and processing payroll related info, employee relations, maintaining attendance and handling an HR related queries and documentation

Duties:

  • Process documentation necessary for onboarding process
  • Coordinate and support the team during induction
  • Monitor probation period and conduct review meetings with both employee and Manager
  • Process terminations
  • Maintain refer a friend scheme
  • Liaise with Training Specialists to ensure training records are up to date
