Are you an experienced IT individual and currently on the lookout for a great opportunity?

We are currently supporting an international company who are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their Malta team!

Ensuring customer incident reports and requests are dealt with in a timely manner, Assisting with user set ups, communication directly with third party providers, Installing all IT equipment when required. While also producing reports for management when required.

If you have experience within a similar role, knowledge of ITSM and troubleshooting, this is a great next step in your career!
