Are you experienced with Learning and Development?

Our client is a well-established group of companies who are on the hunt for a Learning and Development Manager to join them!

You will be supporting the company by:
• Supporting the HR team with building a talent pipeline and the analysis of the company’s skills and capabilities
• Managing the training budgets of the company
• Supporting third parties with the delivery of training to staff members
• Evaluate effectiveness of training and continuously find ways to improve
• Liaise with management and supervisors to identify training gaps and understand changes in policies and procedures
