We are working with renowned financial services provider on the Maltese islands who are currently on the hunt for an Operations Officer to join their dynamic team!

In this role you will be processing withdrawal instruction and following up with clients ensuring the transfer was received, assisting clients and advisors on any queries they may have, communicating directly with third parties relating to developments in the policies and procedures. You will also be escalating any issues with management when required.

Ideally you have experience working within financial services and administration, and knowledge of due diligence requirements.
