This role involves managing reception duties, assisting partners, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key tasks include phone management, client greeting, calendar scheduling, document preparation, and office maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in administrative roles. An Advanced Diploma in Administrative and Secretarial Studies is preferred.
