Our international client is currently on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist and THIS COULD BE YOU! If you have 2 years of experience and would like to transition into a managerial position, in addition to grow a department, have flexible hours, work with fantastic and friendly colleagues, then there really is nothing to lose . . .

Still interested to read on? In this role, you will be dealing mainly with the following duties:

  • Taking care of the entire recruitment cycle in the company i.e. sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain contact with employed candidates to make sure they are happy and show them how much they are appreciated! Arrange birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, etc. 
  • Support the company by assisting in the performance management areas and collaborate with L&D professionals
