What is the Account Coordinator role?

The Account Coordinator role provides support for the outsourced recruitment requirements to our client covering the public sector. You will manage the fulfilment of large scale temporary staff requests including managing the client and supplier relationships, providing updates to the client and managing offers to the candidates.

You will work alongside the Account Management team made up an Account Manager and Resourcing Business Partner, to build successful relationships with the client to establish their recruitment requirements, and then following processes and procedures to help us hit Service Level Agreements. Candidates will be sourced by internal and external suppliers that you will also work with.

Your day to day role will include answering calls, creating bookings on the database, recording data, producing management information and ensuring that recruitment documents meet quality standards.

Who would make a good Account Coordinator?

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (Grade C or above)
• Experienced of working in a customer or client facing role, or administration in a process driven environment
• Strong telephony skills to assist with queries from various parties detailed above.
• Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel and MS Word 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, numerate and detail conscious
• Able to prioritise and manage workloads
• Good team working skills
• Able to work towards pre-defined deadlines
• Works well under pressure
