I'm recruiting exclusively on behalf of a client of mine who are a prestigous Facilities Management firm based in Swindon. They're looking for an Accounts Clerk to come on board and join their dynamic accounts team.


The role is to work as an Accounts Clerk for a contract to provide services as a Facilities Management Integrator.

Key Purpose of Role;

>To verify supplier invoices as per the terms of the contractual agreement.
>To raise supplier invoice disputes and assist to get them resolved in a timely manner.
>To support the Accountant by carrying out ad-hoc tasks.

Key Tasks:

>Verify supplier invoices as per the contract agreement and within the time schedules agreed with the Client.
>Ensure that the supplier invoices which are disputed are well documented and communicated within the time schedules as agreed with the Client.
>Liaise with the Supplier, other team members and Client to ensure speedy resolution of supplier invoice disputes
>Support the Senior Accounts Clerk / Lead Project Accountant on tasks such as preparation of regular or ad-hoc reports, month-end close process, budgets & forecasts etc
>Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be required.
