Good News! I am currently recruiting for a full time Administration Assistant for my client within a busy department with public health sector in Sheffield.

You will be committed and dedicated individual with a ‘Can do’ approach to workloads. With great communications skill you will be happy to liaise between teams and departments, and eager to cover varied administration duties. You will need to be happy to move between teams and collect and return records from other departments and areas within the trust.

The role is initially 3 months, with prospects to go on thereafter.

The duties will include:

- Supporting Medical Secretaries
- General administration duties
- Typing correspondence
- Collecting and returning documentation between departments
- Maintaining and updating records
- Filling & photocopying
- Scanning documents
- Answering phone calls
- keeping up with the busy environment and workload
