Reed are currently recruiting for a administration manager for an international Bank based in the City of London. This role has elements of HR and is a good opportunity for someone looking to build on their administration career. 

Job Role:
To provide aministration support to the wider team and support the head of administration
To manage the annual budget
Check invoices are correct and prepare for payment document
Process invoices
Manage payment data
To manage office contracts (e.g. photocopiers, insurance etc)
Manage renewal of the contracts
Meeting with the suppliers and negotiating when required
Manage the data of new joiners, leavers and season ticket loans etc
Keep the HR data in the bank's payroll accounts be updated
To handle tax related issues via tax agency and pay income taxes to HMRC
To manage HR data and ensure the database is compliant with GDPR
Maintain and keep the office attendance record up to date
Prepare for salary and bonus review and keep the HR records properly
Ensure the office is compliant with all health and safety laws
