We have an exciting opportunity for someone to further their experience in administration and estates.
The main responsibilities are:
- to be the main point of contact for the estates team. You will be talking to the other departments on behalf of the team so confidence on the phone is essential.
- running and maintaining current system that are in place so the ability to pick things up quickly is key as you will have to give advice and knowledge on the system to managers and staff for other departments there.
- Budget monitoring and processing orders
- any team cover that may be required
It is a 3 month temporary contract with the view of extending to something longer term.
