Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?

An exciting new opportunity has become available on a permanent basis with our client based in Yaxley. You will be responsible for general administration duties, raising purchase orders, ordering office supplies and manage receipt of stock and stock management. You will also be responsible for working with the project managers to manage stock purchase ordering and maintaining stock levels.

The successful candidate will be a confident individual who doesn’t mind being able to take a hands on approach to support the team when required. You will be required have the confidence to liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing.

This is a permanent, part time role, working 5 days per week, 10am-3pm, however this can be flexible to suit the successful candidate.

You will need to have a high attention to detail, excellent communication and organisation skills and be IT literate.
