Are you a strong Administrator looking for a temporary role that could go permanent? Do you have good database skills and are happy to take on new challenges? Are you an enthusiastic team player who is able to pick up new skills quickly?

A school in North East Bristol are looking for an Admissions Administrator initially on a temporary basis, there is a possibility this could turn into a permanent role for the right person however there are no guarantees. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

- Responding to enquiries from people interested in their children starting at the school
- Data entry
- Keeping records up to date 
- Arranging tour visits 
- Diary management 

Previous experience of Admissions is not essential however they do need someone with strong Administration skills. You will be conversant in Word, Outlook and databases and have a polite and friendly phone manner. 

This is a full time role starting ideally on the 20th of November, some flexibility may be given for the right person, the hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.40pm. Due to the nature of the role you will be asked to complete a DBS check before you can start which will be administered by REED, in order for us to do this you must have suitable entitlement to work and proof of address.
