You would be working in a closely knit team where you would get a 5 week handover period to ensure a seamless handover. Reporting to the Head of Finance with responsibility for ; invoicing and accounting for all income received, use of SAGE and entering bank credit slips and reconciling bank statements, managing credit control activity, prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns to HMRC, move funds between accounts in liaison with Finance Trustee, review cash flow and forecasts and issue reports as required work with Business Manager, Chief Executive and Finance Trustee to issue upcoming year budget,undertake preparatory work for audit. These are some of the key duties of this role.
