 Experience of working in a customer focused environment (desirable)
 Experience of working in a B2B contact centre environment

You must be familiar with...

 Familiar with MS Excel & Word (essential)
 A good telephone manner (essential)
 Strong team player with excellent communication skills (essential)
 Ability to manage own time effectively (essential)
 Able to use own initiative to resolve operational issues or escalate accordingly (essential)
 Excellent problem solving & analytical skills (essential)
 Deliver an excellent quality of service at all times

You will be working in a pleasant and modern business-to-business contact centre, you will be involved with managing high volumes of incoming calls directly from our customers (prepayment utility companies in the UK).

You will investigate, amend & manage the lifecycle of consumer accounts.

You must be able to get to Martlesham and work between the hours of 8am-8pm working one Saturday in three.
