This is an opportunity to join an exciting and rapidly growing business which is involved in events management and which organises events on behalf of clients across the world.
While this position is mainly based at the head office in Camberley, there will be regular opportunities to travel and you can expect to be travelling abroad at least one a month.
When you first start you will be shadowing more experienced members of the sales people, but you’ll quickly learn and develop and soon get to a position where you can lead your own client meetings and close business. You’ll receive accredited sales training, which is ongoing - the company is fully committed to developing its staff. And although this is an ‘entry level’ position, there is lots of room for development and career progression.
Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience, but likely to be in the region of £18-22K. Commission is generous and uncapped, so there is a great opportunity to obtain high earnings, with £28K a realistic OTE.
The successful candidate will be target driven, a confident communicator and have plenty of drive and enthusiasm. You’ll also have good presentation skills and be a team player. This role could suit someone who has recently graduated and is looking for an excellent entry level role to start their career in sales.
