An award-winning luxury hotel in Surrey, the hotel has a fine dining restaurant and the kitchen team is led by a well decorated Head Chef, who is passionate about his team and the food he puts on his menu.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic, career driven Chef, this is role would suit an already established Chef de Partie who is looking for a new challenge or a Demi CDP/Commis chef looking to take the step up!
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any Demi Chef de Parties or Commis working with you
Helping the Head Chef to develop new menu items
Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
