I am looking for an experienced chef de partie to work for a prestigious private members club in central London. Great working hours and environment make this an ideal job for a hard working Chef to join an established brigade, who is looking for a better work life balance.
-To maintain and supervise to ensure the smooth running of the Grill & vegetable section within the kitchen.
-to produce 5 star standards of food and continually strive for perfection and high levels of member satisfaction.
-Maintain stock levels of all produce and mise en place to business levels and club requirements.
- Level 2 food hygiene minimum
- Experience as a Demi Chef role in 5 star establishment or similar.
- The ability to work confidently on the Grill, and have strong product knowledge.
Must have high standards of

- flexible and adaptable.
Main shifts will be 4 doubles, 1 straight on a Friday. Occasional once a month weekend work if booked. But on most weeks Saturday and Sunday off!
