My Client a luxurious 5-star boutique hotel located in central London, who provide a truly personal service. Are looking for a Chef De Partie to join their experienced team.
-To check each morning, the day’s menu and to liaise with the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence the Sous Chef or Head Chef to list the day’s work required to be done for the day.
-To supervise and assist with the food preparation and mis-en-place required for the breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
-To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times in all parts of the kitchen and all machinery and equipment that is used.
-To assist in the ordering of food service materials and equipment to cope with the anticipated business.
-To undertake any duties as directed, from time to time, by Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
Essential Skills required for the role
-Previous experience in a fine dining 5* Hotel or Restaurant is essential.
-Ability to express creativity through food selections, preparation, presentation and attention to detail.
