An international insurance company is currently looking for an experienced Claims Manager to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the claims department and overseeing all processes and procedures.
Duties will also include:
- Ensuring that all employees are following the company’s policy and procedures.
- Preparing the management reports for the Board of Directors
- Ensuring that claims settlements and legal reviews are in line with the necessary policy and procedures.
- Providing training to claims department employees.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience within the insurance industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within claims.
- Possess Degree within Insurance
- Approved by the MFSA or can be approved
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
