Reed Uxbridge are currently recruiting for a Complaints Administrator on behalf of a reputable company in Uxbridge. This is an important role within the business as you would be responsible for responding to customer complaints and trying to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include;

Investigating any post arrival complaints
Reporting complaints and analysing trends
Liaising with suppliers regarding complaints/issues
Responding to complaints fairly and in accordance to industry standards
Handling client escalations
Logging and tracking of correspondence
Liaising with customer support staff to ensure any issues are dealt with in the appropriate way.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have experience in responding to complaints both written and verbal.
