Seeking a full time contracts administrator to be part of a leading company in its sector working in Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contracts administrator.

Working closely with the Contract Manager you will be responsible for many different elements to your role and daily duties will be extremely varied. Providing comprehensive administration support your duties will include;
·Production of KPI reporting
·Collation of timesheet/payroll reporting
·Production and quality monitoring of LGSR’s
·Liaising closely with Customers & Clients to support the planning and coordination of works
·Compiling & issuing quotes, PO’s and invoicing

This is a busy role and as the ideal candidate you will have experience working within an operational environment. You will have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You will also have a good working knowledge of excel. Providing cover within the team will also be required on occasion, therefore a flexible and team orientated approach are key.
