Currently working with a leading global law firm in the city that pride themselves on innovation, who require an experienced and creative individual who is passionate about business development with a strong understanding of CRM, and just how pivotal it is to marketing communications and business development.

This position will be responsible for the implementation of the CRM Strategy, working collaboratively with relevant department heads across the firm. You will take ownership of all CRM related activity and projects and will also be an excellent communicator, with great attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for you really make your mark on the firm.

Main responsibilities and requirements for this position are:
• The promotion of CRM best practice to the various stakeholders across the business, with a view to enhance and develop usage of CRM.
• Extensive knowledge of InterAction and advanced data mining and reporting capabilities
• Significant experience in a senior role within a CRM team, preferably in a law firm.
• Establishing best practice in relation to the management of all types of business development activity including events and communications, and the operation of the CRM system to support this and other electronic client communications.
• Ensuring the CRM system is fit for purpose and is used to deliver better data-driven decision making, initially by providing enhanced audience segmentation and reporting.
• To refine communications via the CRM system and digital marketing routes, including email marketing and social media.
• To support the development of a long-term CRM strategy aligned to business strategy around client development and client journey planning/client engagement/campaign management.
• To develop and implement a data management strategy around client data.
• Develop a strategy for continued education and best practice for the CRM System.
