My client, a UK leading online business is now recruiting a CRM Campaign Manager to cover a 12 month maternity role. Based in Chester, their marketing team is dynamic and fast paced. If you have extensive CRM and campaign management experience within a commercial capacity my client will be keen to see you. 


Key Responsibilities:
Focus on vertical performance; covering annual renewals and conversion of new enquiries
Drive to shared personalization goals through CRM campaigns
Connect new and existing tactics to wider lifecycle programming
Support in the development of the vertical retention strategy through promotional communications
Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with commercial teams to ensure current opportunities are maximized to deliver Group CRM goals
On-going optimisation of campaigns
Ensuring customer / data insights are used to develop and manage campaign plans
Interpretation of results from various reports to drive action
Provide customer insight to influence and contribute to decision making and thinking
Identify & deliver innovative contact methods to target customers
Acting as the customer champion for your vertical within the business
Competent use of the designated ESP platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Share campaign learnings across wider team
Responsible for CRM program vision – together with line manager and analyst team.
Drive the vertical rebuy rate and maximise revenue.
Delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns and initiatives in-line with strategy to achieve agreed business and commercial goals
Guarantee campaigns qualify the mantra of right message, right time, right marketing channel
Take care that all design, copy and imagery used is on brand and relevant to our target audience
Ensure data protection/compliance is followed within team procedure/activity
Responsible for CRM program vision – together with line manager and analyst team
Drive the vertical re-buy rate and maximise revenue
Delivery of email focused CRM campaigns and initiatives in-line with strategy to achieve agreed business and commercial goals
Expand the bandwidth of CRM to include other marketing channels, and work with the relevant teams to deliver against that future state
Ensure communications are designed to protect the sender reputation through quality and relevance.
Guarantee campaigns qualify the mantra of right message, right time, right marketing channel
Take care that all design, copy and imagery used is on brand and relevant to our target audience
Ensure data protection/compliance is followed within team procedure/activity
Development/training of the CRM team


Skills Required:
Educated to A' Level/Degree standard 
Must have extensive experience of working in a Email Marketing/Digital/CRM/eCRM marketing role within a commercial environment ie, digital agency or client side, flexible on sector, preference would be online business/retail/financial service sectors
Experience of using automation tools, ie salesforce, dynamics - desirable
Possess experience of CRM, email marketing, digital marketing & campaign management  
Team management experience - desirable

Take care that all design, copy and imagery used is on brand and relevant to target audience
Ensure data protection/compliance is followed within team procedure/activity
Proven accountability for delivering strategic, creative and effective campaigns and programs
Ability to work across multiple teams with a variety of stakeholders
Proven campaign administration
Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, web metrics packages.
A flair for data driven and communications strategy development
Knowledge of Kanban boards, and Lean methodology - desirable 
Able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
