Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator for an established local company in Uxbridge. You will need to be available Imm and commit for at least 5 weeks possible longer. 

Responsibilities include;

- Answering inbound calls and actioning voice-mails
- Responding to emails in the team inbox
- Create quotes
- Close service reports
- Manage account queries
- Process worksheets
- Manage stock adjustments
- Create contracts
- Create and manage orders

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with good organisational and problem solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of SAP and Excel would be an advantage.
