My client based in Abingdon is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join there team as soon as possible. This is a temporary assignment to being with with the view of it going permanent. It is important to be able to have Business to Business conversation in Both English and Spanish. 

Location- Abingdon, Milton Hill
Pay rate- £11.76 per hour
Hours- Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm 
Duration- 12 months temporary assignment initially then perm

Key Responsibilities:
· Order to cash process: entering customer orders into our ERP system in compliance with agreed business processes and follow them up until the final delivery to our customers
· Accurate data entry
· Customer liaison and relationship building, through continuous and proactive communication
· Networking and working with several other functions/business partners as our Sales force, Supply Plants and Logistics offices, service providers (hauliers, freight forwarders)
· Participation in sales account teams activities and in supply chain continuous improvement initiatives/projects
· Support Sales account managers in following up on receivable invoices
· Customer complaint handling

Languages required in priority:
Spanish
Italian
French
