Oxford City Council are recruiting for a Customer Services Application Officer to join the applications team.
This team plays an important role within the council; processing high volumes of applications from customers for a range of services, including Building Control.
The ideal candidate would preferably have experience in: using a range of computerised systems such as databases, Excel and outlook; data processing; providing excellent customer services and resolving customer queries via phone or email.
Full training will be provided and we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals who have an eye for detail, are open to learning new skills and enjoy being part of a busy and productive team.
This is a temporary 3 month role with a view to become fixed term till January 2020, paying £13.40 per hour
