I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Customer Support/Account Manager to join my client on a full-time and permanent basis.

This role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator; being able to talk through issues with people of various technical abilities, have a good general technical knowledge, and be able to prioritise efficiently. 

Your responsibilities will include answering telephone and email queries from their clients using a ticketing system and escalating when necessary, creating "how-to" guides and videos on frequently asked questions, tracking all communication on their in-house system.

You should also recognise opportunities to upsell the company's product, letting clients know about new services and how it may be beneficial to their specific needs. The company are expanding their product base so there is lots of room for development. 

You will be working within a very friendly and small team of 5, and also communicating with some remote freelancers. 

Due to the location, candidates would ideally be a driver with a car, or happy to cycle about 1.5 miles from the station.

This role is available immediately for the right candidate.

Salary: Circa. £25,000 per annum
Working hours: 8:30-5:30 standard

Parking is residential or in a local car park which will be expensed.
