I am looking for a bright, energetic candidate who is looking for their first role in a Sales and Marketing environment.

I am currently recruiting for a brilliant company based in Cheltenham who are looking for a new team member.

They need someone with passion and drive who has great communication skills, the ability to multi-task and is a great team player.

The role will make use of your customer service skills and great telephone manner throughout the following tasks:

- completing customer "set up" forms and setting up new accounts
- receiving phone calls and emails
- responding to customer enquiries
- processing orders, returns and credits
- establishing and reviewing credit limits for new and existing customers
- working with and supporting the sales team
- resolving issues with shipping, damages shortages

Your accuracy and eye for detail will come in handy for the following tasks:

- processing orders
- maintaining the database
- monitoring stock levels

As stated previously it's really important that as an applicant you have the energy and enthusiasm to gel with the team.

Other than this the successful candidate will:
- have a polite and professional telephone manner
- have great administration skills
- be able to quickly pick up new tasks
- be naturally organised and able to work to strict deadlines
- have good problem solving skills
- have good IT skills
