I am recruiting locally for clients who are always looking for both temporary and permanent facilities coordinators.

If you have at least 1 years experience in this type of position, can commute to Camberley and surrounding areas and are looking for a new position then please get in touch.

Typical duties could include;

Responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective Facilities service.
Log any building maintenance issues which are delivered by the client or their sub contractors and ensure that these are carried out in a timely manner.
Assist with any facilities related queries that are progressed through the Helpdesk, taking full ownership of issues in the first instance.
Carry out regular checks of the meeting rooms within the building and ensure they are stocked adequately and correctly with the agreed items.
Provide cover as necessary for Reception as necessary.
Cover postroom and courier duties as necessary.
Carry out daily cleaning inspections of high profile and customer facing areas.
