Are you a motivated individual dealing with services products (Insurance policies & Investments)? Are you looking to start your career as a Financial Planning & Reporting Officer?

The role:

The role requires a technically competent person who is used to dealing with financial services products, with experience in cross-border (UK and Continental Europe) insurance policies and investments. A significant part of this role is to provide dedicated paraplanning and business quality support to the Advisers as required by the business, as well as assisting on-going projects and duties within the team.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Planning, Investment and Tax planning reports across the international markets
Checking the quality of reports produced by other regulated financial advisers to ensure they meet company standards
Supporting Advisers with prospect/client queries and sales aids
Writing of new templates and paragraphs and keeping up to date with changing legislation
Liaising with Product Providers and help maintain up to date information on available investment products
Providing support in resolving technical queries
Assisting with regular portfolio reviews/asset allocation reviews
Assisting / dealing with ad-hoc projects as and when required
Supporting the sales process and customer service

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a university degree or equivalent qualification and have or be working towards a UK level 4 qualification (Diploma) so as that they can be registered as a financial adviser with the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
