We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR & Recruitment Advisor to join a small HR team supporting a growing company based in the Kingston area.

The successful applicant must have both HR & Recruitment experience and be willing to grow and learn as the role develops.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and  induction process and carry out all new hire HR orientations
- Act as the first point of contact for all ER queries
- Advise on preparations for GDPR 
- Assistance with general Training and Development administration and record keeping
- Provide information to managers and staff about HR policies, procedures and processes
- Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
- Managing the Appraisals and Probation meeting process, following up with paperwork
- Management of grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development

You will have:
- Advisory level experience in Human Resources
- CIPD Part Qualified desirable
- High level of communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
