New permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor for a high end, luxury leisure manufacturer and distributor - UK and world wide. This is a new position and offers a genuine career path/opportunities.

This is a sole role reporting to the HR Manager based in Poland.

Contracts of Employment:
• Update, or implement new/revised contracts of employment
• Yearly review of contract of employment to maintain and update these in line with good practice, legislative changes and case law

Employee Handbook:
• Prepare and agree a company employee handbook
• Yearly review of employee handbook to maintain and update these in line with good practice, legislative changes and case law
• Draft, agree and reissue required changes

HR Correspondence:
• Preparation and issuing of all HR related correspondence for the contract year to include:
• Offer letters for new employees
• Obtaining references for new employees
• Changing terms & promotional letters for new employees
• Performance management/disciplinary warning correspondence
• Replying to reference requests for ex-employees

HR Policies:
• The provision of a range of HR policy documents to include:
• Equal Opportunities
• Non-Discrimination
• IT & Communication
• Health & Safety
• Anti-Bribery
• Safe-guarding children and vulnerable adults
• Anti-slavery

• Checking that a job applicant is allowed to work in the UK before you employ (Right to work)
• Supporting with queries from Department of Work & Pensions
• Supporting on Tender/Contract questionnaires
• Replying to solicitors letters relating to personnel and employment related issues with support from Legal Counsel where appropriate
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas of improvement
• Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits

Personnel Records
• Initiate, fully maintain and manage both manual & web based Human Resource Information Systems and Records (using Breathe HR or similar)
• Provide computerised records on employee sickness, absence and holiday records as and when required
• To retain, store and maintain hard copy HR records for all existing and ex-employees

• To support departments heads in any performance and/or discipline related issues
Performance Management
• Coaching Managers on Performance Management issues and processes

• Managing talent and reviewing the succession plan
• Taking on overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns

Training & Development
• Providing guidance to managers and their teams
• Implementation of Investors in People Development framework
• Implementation the training and development plan
• Managing HR & Training Budget

• A Strong understanding of employment law
• Experience implementing Investors in People (IIP)
• CIPD or equivalent qualification or working towards
• Demonstrable evidence in managing redundancy or other relevant HR projects
• A commercial and professional approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction appropriate development and reward for individuals
• Must be able to travel to offices in Yorkshire twice monthly (overnight stay is possibly required).
• Must be a driver
