New exciting opportunity to join a global industry-leading Professional Services organisation in Weybridge. I am recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a successful, ever-expanding organisation and act as the main point of contact for all operational and strategic HR activities. This is a hands-on standalone position and would suit candidates that have worked for SMEs in the past.

Salary £40,000-£50,000 depending on level of experience. Benefits include 23 days holiday, parking, private medical insurance, life assurance and a friendly office environment.


In this role you will:
- Drive business performance, support senior stakeholders with a consultative approach and motivate employees to maximise their performance
- Supervise recruiting, hiring, interviewing and training processes
- Help to foster strong relationships between functions
- Facilitate the management team to bring the best solutions for employee retention and development
- Be responsible for handling benefits administration, employee leave, payroll and other administrative functions
- Assess risk and identify gaps in employee relation processes
- Provide support and guidance for managers and staff on HR issues including employment legislation, recruitment and selection strategies
- Carry out the Annual Review process


The ideal candidate:
- Must be CIPD qualified and have a strong employee relations background
- Must be able to demonstrate Project Management and Change Management experience
- Will have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Will be resilient, committed and results-driven
- Will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships
