Based in West Drayton, this role will involve providing HR service to head office associates, acting as initial point of contact on compensation and benefits matters, managing HR information systems / processes / HR KPIs. The post holder also coordinates HR services provision to Head Office associates based at sites, ensures strategic initiatives are implemented within timescales, provides high quality administration service. Upholds values and provides advice to line managers within level of own competence.


Performance Management:

• Management of the performance appraisal process,
• Ensure managers adopt performance review initiatives so that the business gets the best from its associates
• Provides advice to managers on performance management process
• Act as Key user for UK, liase with Talent team in Mexico

Reward Management:
• Liaison with Global Rewards team on Compensation and Benefits matters
• Administer the annual review process for salaried associates
• Administration of the annual performance bonus scheme for eligible associates
• Manage and administer all non-monetary reward systems offered by the company including renegotiation of contracts and services

HR Information Systems / processes
• Key user for Oracle HCM System including personnel administration, organisational management and benefits administration
• Key user advising and coaching other associates in the HR and Payroll teams on all matters relating to Concur
• Producing regular and ad-hoc HR KPI reports for senior management teams, Leadership Team and for Corporate Head Office
• Ensure accurate data input and documentation for new starters and leavers

Resourcing and Talent Management
• Management and responsibility of all recruitment activity for Head Office and Corporate associates up to and including Senior Management Group
• Responsible for operating talent management initiatives
• Ensure training for compliance, skills and development needs of Head Office and Corporate associates are addressed and evaluated.
• Seens as “champion” for learning and development activity
• Manage Visa application process
• Manage internation relocation service providers

Employee Relations
• Building close relationships with supervisors, provide practical advice on all matters including recruitment, absence, discipline, performance and general people issues are dealt with effectively
• Provide cover and support for sites as and when required

• HR Generalist with ability to work across Human Resources functions to provide effective service delivery to the Head Office and the wider business
• Has delivered HR initiatives successfully, maintains working relationships and leading teams effectively.
• Curious, inquisitive and can demonstrate ownership of successes and failures. Personal honesty and accountability is critical, as they need to lead a culture where mistakes are rectified rather than buried.
• Graduate (minimum 2:1)
• CIPD qualified or aiming to be CIPD qualified
• Relevant HR experience in FMCG
• Sound HR Administration skills
• Awareness of employment law and company policy, advising managers where appropriate
• Experience of managing performance review and training and development systems
• Working knowledge of pay and reward systems
• Experience in managing non-monetary reward systems
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Word, Excel and Oracle
