My St Albans based client is looking to appoint a HR Coordinator/HRIS Coordinator to join the team starting ASAP until Feb 2019. 
Key Objectives:
To support the Head of HR in delivering a responsive and customer focused HR service, working collaboratively contributing to the achievements of the business Strategy.
Support with the transformation of the HR and Payroll systems within the organisation and compiling statistical reports.
Coordinating various projects, collaboratively and proactively working with HR colleagues, management teams and staff to implement and achieve HR objectives.

 Support with the implementation and transformation of the HR/Payroll system working collaboratively with all stakeholders to engage and move projects forward and to completion.
 Reviewing the project schedule with relevant teams and continuously communicate with the project team.
 Train staff on relevant HR related systems, compiling user handbooks/ guides and other relevant support.
 Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system.
 Responsible for managing and resolving all HR systems queries/ escalations.
 Maintain the self service system liaising with the internal and external customers.
 Provide day to day support to HR system users and manage permissions.
 Provide KPI’s, regulated reports and adhoc statistical reports to support the People strategy.
 Assist the Head of HR with annual reports such as Gender Pay Gap and salary reviews.
 Importing and exporting of data for the HR and Learning Management systems (LMS).
 Continuously liaising with HR system support services to improve ways of working
 Ensure compliance with internal procedures and timeframes to ensure objective delivery such as system configurations.
 Enter data within set deadlines and accurately for staff onto the HR database such as changes in salary, hours, job title, management line.
 Maintain the HR information on the website, Intranet and any relevant HR system including uploading documents and editing content.
 Management and first point of contact for pensions and group life assurance queries, providing relevant data on a monthly basis
 Communicate, actively participate and support employee engaging programmes and initiatives.
 Assisting the Head of HR in delivering employee engagement initiatives.
 Organise and coordinate staff meetings, away days, group training and other meetings and events as and when applicable.
 Manage the administration of recruitment campaigns, providing support to management teams including: advertising vacancies, collating applications and data, candidate correspondence, arranging assessments, pre and post employment checks.
 Responsible for ensuring all relevant documents are completed, including: notification of new employee and vacancy forms, working collaboratively with the payroll team to ensure staff are paid on time.
 Ensuring all HR information is accurate and kept up to date on our manual and electronic filing systems.
 Providing references for current and ex employees.
 Ensuring relevant ‘proof of right to work’ documents are completed for all successful candidates prior to their start date, monitoring and following up on relevant checks.
 Complete accurate employment administration and ensuring relevant documents are completed by the successful candidates such as offer letters, contracts, new starter documents, pensions, equality details within set timeframes.
 Monitor recruitment and selection data to contribute to HR reports/ KPI’s to inform decision-making.
 Ownership of work experience/ placements.
 Ensure new employees receive induction packs and associated information
 Advertise vacancies on the website and intranet, supporting management team with compiling adverts and job descriptions.
 Make necessary arrangements for new starters to attend induction training.
 Complete exit interviews while monitoring and recording information ensuring any issues are raised with the Head of HR.
 Provide relevant probation review documents, ensuring the relevant documentation are completed within the probation timelines and drafting letters accordingly.
