Our well established IT client based in Central London is seeking a talented HR Manager to work in a stand-alone role for a 9 month maternity cover contract reporting in to the directors, with a salary of up to £40,000 on offer.

What does the role entail?

As the HR Manager working in a standalone position you will be involved in all areas of HR covering the full recruitment process, all areas of ER (although this is not a major issue), benefits and reward and amending policies and procedures with legislative changes. As a company holding an investors in people award, you will enjoy completing a variety of projects, sometimes simultaneously, as well as day to day system updating and administrative responsibilities.


What skills will you have?

You will be an experienced HR Manager with a strong Generalist skillset happy working in busy and vibrant office. You will have experience working in a similar role completing a variety of HR generalist responsibilities, whilst enjoy getting involved in all manors of project work. Ideally you will be immediately available or on a notice period that would allow you to start no later than Monday 4th September 2017.
