I am recruiting for an HR Manager for a Commercial Services Provider in Chessington. This company is rapidly expanding and is seeking someone to begin in December/January, however candidates with longer notice period will also be considered. This is a full-time position paying £40,000-£45,000 plus benefits. In this role you will report to the Chief Executive and work with the HR Coordinator to deliver an operational and strategic HR Service to the company’s 90 employees.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting and advising all departments with their HR needs
- Ensuring compliance with up-to-date legislation and proactively developing the HR agenda within the business
- Line managing the HR Coordinator
- Managing the recruitment process for all departments from beginning to end
- Organising and overseeing the on-boarding process for new starters
- Managing staff personnel files including recording holiday and sickness information.
- Supporting all departments with HR matters, including employee disciplinaries, grievances and official meetings
- Managing the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
- Further developing employee engagement within the company

The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial HR role
- Have line manager experience
- Be CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Possess excellent organisational skills and strong IT skills, including Excel
- Be well organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
