Reed HR are working with a not for profit organisation located in South East London that require an HR Manager on fixed term contract until March 2018.
This position is part time on the basis of 3 days per week.
The role will be a key part within the HR team and be responsible for strategy, policy and procedures.
Please note the salary being advertised is the full time equivalent.
Overview of the position:
- Manage changes within legislation
- Manage complex employee relations
- Manage recruitment campaigns
- Lead on any Tupe activities
- Involved with organisational change
- Develop a small HR team
- Ensure data protection of HR files
- Manage HR KPI activities
- Lead on HR reports to the board
What is required for the position:
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD qualified
- Worked at board level
- Trade Union exposure
- Looking for part time work
