A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within a vibrant, innovative media agency in the Hampton Court area for those seeking a position as an In-House Recruiter. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
As an In-House Recruiter, you will work in a team of three within the HR function and report to the Recruitment Director. The majority of the role's duties will focus on recruitment but will require an element of HR generalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting all aspects of the recruitment process including partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and team members
- Obtaining proof of identity documents and initiating pre-employment checks
- Scheduling interviews
- Liasing with HR colleagues, agencies, candidates and interviewers to arrange both telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Support interviewers with interview training
- Coordinating events such as interview days
- Corresponding with agencies and candidates following interviews to provide feedback and arrange secondary interviews if required
- Make offers and negotiate salaries with agencies and direct candidates
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience/skills:
- Have experience as an In-House Recruiter with an agency background
- Would suit someone who works within the recruitment industry and is looking to transfer into an In-House recruiter position
- An ability to target candidates directly
- Excellent communication skills
