I am currently recruiting for a HR Manager Mobilisation & Projects on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the HR Project Manager with the delivery of mobilisations and project activity. The role will be based at the Romford office in Garold Hill but nationwide travel will also be required. (company car or allowance provided). There is an ugent requirement to fill the role but the organisatio would wait a short time for the right candidate.  

Your responsiblities will include:

* management of the plan to support mobilisation activity, working closely with the bid teams and senior BU Managers
* build and develop effective, collaborative working relationships with business development  and operational teams in order to deliver the people agenda and activity throughout the bid and mobilisation stages
* devoping bespoke transition implementation plans which meet the business needs and allow a swift and smooth transition
*lead any change related HR initiatives 
* provide generalist support   

I am looking for an strong HR professional who can work autonomously and has experience of stakeholder management. You will need to have experience of working in a fast paced, multi site organisation and be a TUPE expert. You will have a demonstrable record of delivering successful bid and mobilisation activity and ideally come from a retail background.
