An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resourcer/Recruiter to join a firm that operate internationally and have their head office based in Wolverhampton. They are looking for a successful recruiter to join them for a 12-15 month basis to work alongside the Recruitment Manager in providing a 360 recruitment service. With existing excellent relationships with line managers, they are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate, forward thinking, and who enjoys working with people from a wide range of backgrounds to successfully recruit for their business.

Responsibilities will include:

-Working closely with line managers to manage the end to end recruitment process. Initial meetings with managers will often be required to understand roles and take briefs (travel will be required)
-Building on already strong relationships with managers to understand their requirements and successfully meet their needs
-Building a network of candidates in different geographical areas that could suit a variety of vacancies
-To manage a number of different recruitment campaigns for a number of different sites and departments
-Tracking all temporary workers throughout the UK, maintaining regular contact with preferred suppliers
-Using a number of platforms to advertise vacancies and monitoring these
-Confidently providing advice and insight to managers
-Co-ordinating and processing vacancies and apps via the ATS
-Arrange and run assessment centres across the UK for various pieces of recruitment
-Ensuring candidates have a positive journey throughout the recruitment process i.e. providing feedback in a timely manner and keeping them up to date
-Supporting the in house recruitment function where necessary





The successful individual will have a successful background in recruitment and the drive to provide the best service possible to both internal staff/managers and potential employees who are going through the recruitment process. Travel will be involved to run assessment centres, take jobs, and strengthen relationships with other managers/departments so it is important that you are comfortable with this. (This on average is around 2 or 3 times a month)
