Reed Procurement & Supply Chain are looking for a high-achieving and enthusiastic Inventory Manager to join a fast-paced and progressive team.

This a leadership position with the responsibility of establishing overall Inventory Team activities and plans to ensure achievement of both team and company objectives. 

Your role will be diverse but responsibilities will include:
-leading the team to achieve highest standards of accuracy, with clear & continuous improvement plans in place, to ensure objective achievement
-developing proactive ideas & future strategies to improve operating efficiency in  & business performance including alignment to Inventory team & Company Business Plan.
-supporting Operations Head & Senior Management as required
-closely manage all related financial control items to achieve financial targets.
-developing, maintaining & improving successful relationships with Suppliers & Customers
-ensuring associate performance consistently meets business requirements
-training & developing Associates to ensure competency for designated processes and future versatility
-developing & verifying procedures/processes to ensure adherence to Corporate Governance & applicable legislation (both internally & externally).



This role would suit an enthusiastic and ambitious inventory team leader or manager.

We are looking for someone adaptable who is able to manage a range of areas across the business. It is essential you can think on your feet, solve problems, and implement actions. 

You will need to be a strong leader with proven experience of influencing teams and successfully managing projects.

This means you will have excellent people and organization skills, and can articulate and communicate effectively.

The role will also require you to have the confidence to make key business decisions and the ability to think creatively and in an innovative manner.
